Project is Funded With 95% Federal / 5% Local and Uses 15% Toll Credits County : Sullivan As of July 30 , 2025, the project is in Conceptual status. Anticipated letting Year is 2026. NYDOT - Replaces the Structure That Carries CR 142 *Project information has been obtained through a public state transportation improvement plan (STIP).
