Renovation of a municipal facility in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
o Provide/Install (1) service rated, 800amp, 480v, Nema 3r rated fusible disconnect o Provide/Install new Nema 1, 4-pole transfer switch to replace the old 3-pole existing service rated transfer switch o Provide a 350kw (400amps) temporary generator with fuel for temporary power to building during cut-over o Demo existing 3-pole transfer switch to make room for new o Ensure grounding is per code o Fire alarm program shall be updated to identify the (3) individual gen sets o Provide diesel fuel for temporary generator set o Ensure existing fire alarm monitor is re-connected to the new TS o Contractor to obtain, maintain and close permit from Ohio DIC Question Deadline 08/01/2025 at 10:00 AM ET Any questions regarding project scope or bid process please contact: Lisa A.
