Design-Build Honolulu Regional Dive Locker Pacific (RDLP). Design Build a new, approximately 8,304 SF facility that will provide climate controlled administrative spaces, heads/showers, and office equipment space. It will also include an unfinished bay area for storage of personal diving gear, team diving gear, personal gear, equipment drying room, compressor space, and a caged area for gear maintenance and inventory, as well as space for two (2) recompression chambers. This is a construction contract where the NMACC III firm shall perform the following Design-Build construction services at USCG Base Honolulu Regional Dive-Locker. Base Item: Provide all labor, material, equipment, mobilization, demobilization, permitting, construction support, quality control services, and ancillary items required for site development and construction, excluding items identified in Option Items. Design-Build Regional Dive Locker (RDL) at Base Honolulu, Honolulu, HI to provide shore facilities and associated infrastructure necessary to accommodate the Regional Dive Locker Pacific (RDLP) in Base Honolulu. Provide all labor, material, equipment, mobilization, demobilization, permitting, construction support, quality control services, and ancillary items required for site development and construction, excluding items identified in Option Items. Option Item: Design-Build Price - Regional Dive Locker Classroom Provide all labor, material, equipment, mobilization, demobilization, permitting, construction support, quality control services, and ancillary items required for site development and construction related to the addition of an approximately 500 sq ft classroom to the new Regional Dive Locker. Performance Period: The contract performance period is 803 calendar days after award of Task Order for the Base Item (and optional item if awarded).
