Alterations to existing latrine and break room. existing latrine will be altered into a men's latrine with two showers, (one accessible), two toilet stalls (one accessible) one urinal, two accessible lavatories and lockers. existing break room will be altered into a women's latrine with two showers, (one accessible), three toilet stalls (one accessible), two accessible lavatories and lockers. both latrines will have new flooring and plumbing fixtures. a new energy recovery unit on dunnage will be added and located on the roof above the latrines. Acoustical ceiling tile and new dropped gypsum ceiling will be added. All new plumbing fixtures will be installed. LED lighting will be used for the general lighting. 2. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: The performance period for this contract is One Hundred and Eighty (180) calendar days from the notice to proceed. Alternate No. W-1: New Aluminum Windows 1.
