The City is seeking bids for the removal of the existing pedestrian door at the ground level of the parking garage stairwell and installation of a full height, two-way stainless steel turnstile entry system.| This project involves replacing the existing pedestrian door at the ground level of the parking garage stairwell with a full-height, two-way stainless steel turnstile. The new entry system will include HID card access from the street side for authorized staff. A weather protection feature (e.g., small roof or canopy) must also be incorporated to prevent snow accumulation that could impair the turnstile's operation. It is the Offeror's sole responsibility to check this website for additional information and/or addendums. The City of Fairbanks reserves the right to waive informalities not inconsistent with the law or reject any or all proposals.
