The objective of this performance work statement (PWS) is for the contractor to provide labor and equipment necessary to demo & depose of existing water fountains & install four government provided Elkay EZH2O LZS8WSSK Water Bottle Refilling Station W/Filter at one location on Ft. Wainwright at the Mission Training Complex, 3437 Luzon Avenue, Fort Wainwright, Alaska 99703. See Attachment Two for the two 1st floor locations & see Attachment Three for the two 2nd floor locations. All work shall be in accordance with all installation, state, and Federal codes and laws. All work shall be in accordance with all installation, state, and Federal codes and laws. 1.1 Parts/Supplies required for demo, disposal & installation of drinking fountains shall be required for the contractor to provide. 1.2 The work will include: a. Plumbing demo and any modifications as needed to install the fountains. b. Installation of 4x Elkay EZH20 LZS8WSSK water bottle filling stations (Government Furnished) c. Provide and install stainless steel backsplash with each fountain d. Dispose of the demoed fountains & other debris. 1.3 All work will have to be coordinated with Facilities Management (Darrell Henry 907- 353-3385, darrell.d.henry.civ@army.mil ) prior to the work being started. Installation shall not interfere with existing scheduled training required to support soldier and/or staff daily activities. This service will commence NLT 10 days after the award. The period of performance will be 30 days from the award date. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
