Sandblast And Repaint Interior W/ Zinc Primer, 2 Coats Epoxy. Existing Standpipe Is 55'ØX85' Tall. Complete Item As Shown On The Plans And Described In The Specifications For A Fully Functional System Power Wash And Overcoat Exterior W/ Urethane And Fluoropolymer. Existing Standpipe Is 55'ØX85' Tall. Complete Item As Shown On The Plans And Described In The Specifications For A Fully Functional System Install New Safety Climb. OSHA Approved Ladder, Safety Device And Belt Replace Vent Screen W/ 24-Mesh Corrosion Resistant Screen 12" Class 250 DIP Poly Wrapped waterline with all fittings, valves, appurtenances and testing. Each bid (100,000.00 or more) must be accompanied by a bid bond payable to the Owner for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. A performance bond and a payment/statutory bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price and each with a corporate surety approved by the Owner, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or technicalities without assigning reason therefore, and to make the award in the best interest of the owner.
