1. Provide all required labor, material, equipment, and supervision to perform the following scope to include but not limited to a. Provide all concrete work to complete all specified sidewalks, front entry stairs, paving, curb & gutter, and ramps with reinforcing steel as shown on plans. b. Demolition of existing sidewalks, front entry stairs, ramps, and alley parking area as required for new concrete construction is included in this package. c. Provide and install new cast in place trench drain with steel grate at sidewalk is included in this package. d. This package includes the installation of steel handrails provided by others. e. This bid package is responsible for all aggregate base under proposed concrete. f. Contractor to coordinate and install any embeds/anchors provided by other trades. g. Provide all layouts, staking & surveying as pertains to this scope of work from a control point provided by the construction manager.
