Furnish and install all material and equipment for lift station improvements including lift station and all appurtenances, a 7.25' x 7.25' valve vault and appurtenances, all electrical work, 25 KW generator and pad with ATS, removal and installation of stockade fence, pipe leakage and pipe deflection testing, and all improvements as shown in the plans and described in the specifications for a fully operational system. Bidders must submit completed Bid Proposal, Business Relationship Affidavit, Bid Bond, Non Collusion Affidavit, Payroll Affidavit, and Certificate as to Corporate Principal for consideration. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope with required identification. Any proposed subcontractors must be approved by the owner. Bid security of not less than 5% of the bid amount is required. Successful bidder must agree to commence work as specified and complete the project within 120 consecutive calendar days. All work must comply with applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations. Performance, statutory, and maintenance bonds each in the amount of 100% of the contract price are required. This project is partially funded with Federal funds and subject to associated requirements.
