Scope of Services to be Performed The required services to be provided are the removal of ceiling tiles and installation of sheetrock for pavilion ceiling at San Antonio State Supported Living Center, Building 738. Services to include but not limited to the following: a) Removal of existing ceiling tile from pavilion ceiling. Contractor shall also remove insulation, suspended ceiling grid, and existing lights. b) Contractor shall install new steel drywall framing system stud (20 gauge) and attach to the existing central beam. Contractor shall install new 20-gauge metal track, anchored to the walls. d) Contractor shall install 5/8" sheetrock to newly installed drywall framing system stud and metal track. e) Contractor shall make 26 cutouts in the sheetrock to install 4-inch LED lights. f) Contractor shall tape and float sheetrock joints, sand and finish sheetrock joints, and prime and paint finished sheetrock. 7.1.1 Service Location(s) HHS, at its sole discretion, with a 30 days' advance written notice, reserves the right to change, consolidate, delete or add service locations. a) Location(s) for Services San Antonio State Supported Living Center 6711 S.
