This requirement is for the establishment of a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Solution Screen Systems repairs in the Military Working Dog (MWD) Kennels area at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland. The BPA will be valid for one year from the date of award and is set aside 100% for small businesses. The government intends to issue up to three Firm Fixed Price (FFP) BPAs to contractors offering the best value, based on the Statement of Work and Schedule B Price List. Work includes repairs to Solution Screen Systems in response to call orders. Contractors must review all attachments, including site pictures, product data, wage determination, and complete the RFQ and Schedule B Price List. A site visit is scheduled for Monday, 25 August 2025 at 10:00 AM CDT. Location: Military Working Dog Kennels, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, 1985 Carswell Ave, San Antonio, TX 78236, United States. ALL Contractors must check in with 502 CES & 502 CONS personnel at the Luke East Gate Visitor Center for accountability. From there, Contractors will follow Government personnel to site location.
