Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Los Angeles, California. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 166,000-square-foot, 824-unit medical facility; 168,000-square-foot retail development; 65,000-square-foot medical facility; for site work for a 85,000-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a 531,000-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot.
The project will transform the historic Los Angeles County General Hospital and its surrounding campus into a mixed-use “Healthy Village” featuring new housing, medical and community facilities, commercial space, open space, and infrastructure upgrades through extensive adaptive reuse and new construction. As of February 5, 2026, this project is in the master planning phase. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined.
