Estimated construction cost: $ 300,000.00 Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance, and services to build out the infrastructure needed to support a new tenant buildout scheduled for later this year. This work will include the installation of base building Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems to support a future buildout and the installation of two fully functional ADA-compliant restrooms. The successful Bidder will be required to have the following California current and active contractor's license at the time of submission of the Bid: General Contractor, B.
