I. PROJECT LOCATION o Langdon Avenue Elementary School - 8817 Langdon Avenue, North Hills, CA 91343 o Victory Boulevard Elementary School - 6315 Radford Avenue, North Hollywood, CA 91606 II. PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK (included but not limited to): Langdon Avenue Elementary School Provide and install an Outdoor Learning Environment (OLE) complete with a shade structure (PC# 04-121917). Include all associated site improvements, including landscaping, hardscaping, and installation of a pedestal drinking fountain. Provide all necessary utility connections to support the OLE and related components. Install truncated domes at all pedestrian gates in compliance with current accessibility standards. Victory Boulevard Elementary School Provide and install an Outdoor Learning Environment (OLE) complete with a shade structure (PC# 04-121917). Include all associated site improvements such as landscaping, hardscaping, installation of a pedestal drinking fountain, and all necessary utility connections. Provide and install required accessibility signage at the parking lot. Provide and install accessibility signage at the main entry, in compliance with current accessibility standards and codes. III. PROJECT CONSTRUCTION PHASE (Work at both schools will be done concurrently.)
