Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project will simultaneously renovate two adjacent historic buildings. Barnwell will be reconfigured to modernize academic classrooms, administrative space, and dry research space. McKissick will be reconfigured to modernize and expand the Visitors Center and create academic classrooms and public spaces. *The value for this project is based on a financial range of $60,000,000 to $70,000,000. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
