Comprehensive Statewide Needs Assessment Plan The South Carolina Commission of the Blind (SCCB) is seeking a qualified Contractor to complete the Comprehensive Statewide Needs Assessment (CSNA) according to the required focus areas in Section III and the guidelines published in the Rehabilitation Services Administration's VR Needs Assessment Guide and related appendices Start date: 11/19/2025 End date: 11/18/2026. Dates provided are estimates only. Any resulting contract will begin on the date specified in the notice of award. See clause entitled "Term of Contract - Effective Date/Initial Contract Period". [01-1040-1] Award will be posted on 11/18/2025. The award, this solicitation, any amendments, and any related notices will be posted online.
