Renovation of an educational facility in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This Negotiated Request for Proposals ("NRFP") is an invitation by Capilano University to prospective Proponents (each a "Proponent") to submit a Proposal for the provision BIRCH Building Chiller Replacement in North Vancouver Campus. Questions Due Date: Aug 20th 2025, 5:00 PM PDT Disconnect piping and electrical from existing chiller and remove chiller. Alterations to the overhead structure is required to accommodate the removal of the existing equipment and installation of new equipment. Remove all associated chilled water piping and associated pumps. Install new cooling coil. Install new chilled water piping with pumps, glycol fill tank and expansion tank. Connect electrical and controls to new equipment where noted in the attached drawings and specifications and provide updated DDC graphics for chilled system. Refer to Appendix A (Mechanical specification) , Section 01 11 00 Description of Work for more information
