Renovation of a stadium in Port McNeill, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Regional District of Mount Waddington (RDMW) is replacing the energy recovery condenser with a like-for-like condenser at the Chilton Regional Arena. The new condenser will be installed with a secondary relief valve and holding tank to meet TSBC requirements defined in SO-BP 2021-01. All other existing components such as isolation valves are to be reused where their condition allows. Additionally, the condenser must be provided with adequate weather protection to ensure that it remains free from corrosion and premature wear. The contractor is responsible for the design of the weather protection. Please include a proposed design with your bid which is subject to approval by RDMW.
