The BC Timber Sales Seaward (tlasta) Business Area is seeking a qualified Contractor for Multi-Phase Area Development (MPAD) services. Development activities include but are not limited to: operational planning, preliminary timber reconnaissance, forest road layout/design, cutblock layout, site level assessments, timber cruising, helipad construction and danger tree falling (specific to the MPAD project area), production of Cutblock and Road Site Plans, and production of development maps. Submissions must be submitted using either BC Bid Electronic Submission or as a hard copy with an electronic copy on a USB flash drive; envelopes should be clearly marked with the submitter's name, address, opportunity description, and ID, and delivered by hand or courier to the specified address. Question Deadline 03/24/2026 at 4:00 PM PT All contract related questions must be submitted in writing ONLY to the following email address: Forests.SeawardTimberSalesOffice@gov.bc.ca. Deadline for receiving questions is 4:00pm on March 24, 2026. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to Online by 4:30pm on March 25, 2026.
