Bids will be received for the following Work: The deadline to ask questions is 8/14/2025 5:00 PM CST A lift station decommission, installation of a sanitary sewer line and connection to existing stub out. Document info : Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations: City of Roanoke Public Works Facilities, 265 Marshall Creek, Roanoke, Texas, 76262 Wade Trim, Inc., 301 Commerce Street, Suite 2210, Fort Worth, TX 76102 Plans and spec are also available for viewing and downloading at no cost online. 682.237.7718 Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, money order, or bid bond, in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to City of Roanoke as security for the proper execution of the Agreement. Bidders will enter into a contract for the project with the Owner within fifteen (15) days of Notice of Award of the contract. The City of Roanoke reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider the same to be in its best interest. Bids may not be withdrawn for the period of 60 days after the date of receiving bids. All inquiries shall be directed to Amanda Roddy, online or email, aroddy@wadetrim.com. The last day for questions to be received is Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
