Effective dates for these services are from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026. Prospective bidders shall possess a C-27 State Contractors license to meet the requirements of the project. Prospective bidders shall possess a state of California contractor's license to meet the requirements of the project. The contractor and any subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations at the time of bid submittal. RTA anticipates award of a firm-fixed priced contract for this project.
