No immediate decisions are rendered. After the time of opening, no Bid may be withdrawn for the period of one-hundred and twenty (120) days. The City of Ann Arbor reserves the right to accept any bid or alternative bid proposed in whole or in part, to reject any or all bids or alternatives bids in whole or in part and to waive irregularity and/or informalities in any bid and to make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City.
