The Successful Proponent will be responsible for collecting and disposing of the household solid waste and grass clippings generated by the single detached, the duplex, triplex, and four plex. The project shall aim at achieving all objectives identified in Part I Invitation, Section 2 - Project Objectives. Objectives are: 1. Operate as per an approved schedule made publicly available. 2. Provide the Services from October 1, 2025 to December 31, 2029. 3. Maintain the same level of service as currently deployed for solid waste unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties as an amendment to the contract. 4. Adhere to all provincial and municipal acts, regulations, and bylaws related to solid waste. 5. Provide proof of insurance of a minimum of $5,000,000 and maintain such insurance for the duration of the contract. The Town is a member of the Leduc & District Regional Waste Management Facility. As a member, the Town's solid waste must be disposed of at its facility as per its bylaw.
