Site work and paving for a civil project in New Braunfels, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Workof the Sky Ranch Unit 1B Contract includes: 1. Approx. 2,713 LF of 8-inch waterline and all appurtenances. 2. Approx. 527 LF of 12-inch water line and all appurtenances. 3. Approx. 2,596 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances. 4. Approx. 9,555 SY of 3-inch asphalt pavement (Local Road). 5. Approx. 11,605 SY of 12-inch compacted base (Local Road) 6. Approx. 822 LF of varying size storm sewer and drainage improvements. 7. Approx. 135 Lots of electric/ communication. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or minor defects.
