Site work for a clubhouse / community center in Conroe, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
Description: The City of Conroe is soliciting quotes from qualified contractors to perform fence line clearing services along a designated 4,000 linear foot section of city-owned property located at 710 Foster Dr. for the newly constructed Oscar Johnson Jr. Community Center. The selected vendor will be responsible for hydro-axing a cleared corridor and disposing of vegetation in accordance with the specifications detailed in this RFQ. The City of Conroe will stake property line approximately every 100 feet. Clear approximately 4,000 linear feet of property line, 10-12 feet in width. Remove underbrush and trees up to 8 inches in diameter using hydro-axing methods. Coordinate with the City of Conroe to verify property line staking every 100 feet. Mulch and evenly distribute cleared material onsite. Ensure minimal ground disturbance and maintain safety protocols throughout. Conduct final cleanup and participate in a post-project inspection. The City of Conroe shall have the right to cancel this contract with 30 days written notice for unresolved problems. Otherwise, the contract shall be a Purchase Order.
