The City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, the scope-of work under this contract includes, but is not limited to road grinding, cold planning, fine grading, resurfacing, paving, granite curb installation, sidewalk and ADA wheelchair ramp construction and reconstruction, roadway striping, guardrail installation and other related work on various roads to be determined by the City in Gloucester, MA. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City.
