Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Concord, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Baker Avenue Culvert Repair The work under in this project includes repairing a triple pipe culvert under Baker Avenue. The existing culverts have failed at pipe joints under the southeastern sidewalk. The Town facilitated temporary repairs in 2024 to stabilize the area. The proposed work includes installation of a drainage vault to connect the failed sections of pipe together with associated restoration to the sidewalk and roadway. Mass DOT prequalification is required of contractors with the class of work as (Bridge - Construction or Bridge-Culverts).
