The Beede Swim Center Roof Project is at 498 Walden St., Concord, MA 01742. Base scope of work consists of: 1. Installation of new fluid applied remedial roof coating at high barrel roof. Spot replacement of existing EPDM roofing system to be completed at wet areas prior to coating. 2. Remove and dispose of existing single ply EPDM roofing assemblies down to the structural deck.
