Renovation of a residential development in Lowell, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Vacant Unit Rehabilitation Phase II. Work is a turnkey project that includes wall prep & paint, VCT Flooring install, cabinets and countertops, minor fixture replacements, window and screen repairs. All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit of 5% of the bid price. Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under M.G.L. c. 149, 44A-J. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. These contracts are subject to Federal Davis Bacon Wages, OSHA Certification and DCAMM Eligibility. LHA reserves the right to amend or cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all bids and waive minor informalities. Questions - concerning this IFB must only be submitted in writing to Rita V. Brousseau, Chief Procurement Officer, before 3:00 p.m., August 21, 2025. Questions may be mailed, delivered or emailed to rbrousseau@lhma.org. Written responses will be emailed to all bidders on record as having received the IFB package
