Edward A. LeLacheur Park Improvements Athletic Padding & Wall Replacement per bid specifications and contract documents The Base Bid shall include all labor, equipment, materials, and accessories necessary to perform all renovations associated with the Edward A. LeLacheur Park Improvements Project, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Supply al necessary chutes, disposal facilities, transportation, and labor necessary to dispose of al demolished materials, dirt, and debris off-site in a legal dumping area. The Contractor shal obtain al permits necessary to transport and dispose of al materials, rubbish, and debris. Infield and Outfield Wall Substrate Replacement: Remove and dispose of existing plywood substrate at infield and outfield walls, and install new painted plywood to existing HSS structure, as indicated on the contract drawings (Attachment Z under Buyer Attachments in the bid portal) Athletic Padding Replacement: Remove existing athletic padding, furring, clips, and accessories as indicated on drawings. Install new solid athletic padding up to 8'-0" above finished grade at brick walls, and to top of infield walls, as indicated on drawings. Install new athletic padding at all metal posts and rails along the infield, as indicated on the contract drawings (Attachment Z) ADD ALTERNATE: Install new solid athletic padding up to 8'-0" above finished grade at the outfield walls, as indicated on drawings.
