Asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Lowell, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.
Asbestos Abatement Services. Work includes, but is not limited to abatement of ceiling materials, floor tile, mastic, insulation/pipe wrap, window caulking, etc. agency wide on an as needed basis. All bids submitted shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. An initial one year contract shall be awarded with two additional options to renew, each for a one-year period. Estimated Cost $627,000 up to 3 years Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. LHA reserves the right to amend or cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all bids and waive minor informalities.
