**As of September 11, 2025, the project was awarded to Youngblood Paving Inc., with an awarded amount of $72,236.52** Patterson Heights Borough 2025 Paving Program Invitation, preparation, submittal, bidding requirements, all materials furnished and all work shall conform to the current specifications of PennDOT Publication 408, current edition and appropriate bulletins. Contractor must be PennDOT pre-qualified in work classification codes C1, F, & F3. Question Deadline 08/12/2025 Requests for clarification must be submitted by email only to bids@widmerengineering.com. The responses shall be publicly displayed on the Widmer Engineering Inc. website. All requests for clarification must be received no later than five (5) business days prior to the anticipated date of receipt of Bids. All work must be completed in thirty (30) calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). The minimum wage rates for each craft or classification of all workmen needed to perform this contract during the anticipated term hereof shall be governed by State Prevailing Wage Rates. The Borough reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the best interest of the Borough. Paving in Patterson Heights Borough.
