This project consists of purchase and planting of 130 various species park way trees at various locations within the Village of Villa Park, DuPage County, Illinois. Bid Security in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Bidding Documents. The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded shall be required to furnish both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond acceptable to the Village for one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, in accodance with the requirements of the Contract Documents
