These units provide the primary cooling for the district's server room and are a critical component to the district's operational readiness. The District reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, to waive any of these procedures for submitting quotes, to waive any informality in quotes received, to accept or reject any or all of the items in the quote, and to award the contract in whole or in part if it is deemed in the District's best interest.
