The Project consists of constructing the following: The basis of bid includes a base bid identified as Bid Package 1 and additive bids identified as Bid Packages 2 through 4. The typical bid package includes replacement of sewer pipelines and associated manholes. The bid packages contain the following replacement Work: This project is funded by Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (ARPA Grant) and is subject to State and Federal procurement requirements and regulations. Bidders shall comply with Agency requirements, and submit required forms and certifications, as required Final payment must be requested by the Contractor no later than September 1, 2026. Pre-Bid Conference A pre-bid conference will not be held. Question Deadline 08/13/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
