Project No. 232-01-44R Questions received less than seven (7) business days prior to the time and date for opening Bids will not be answered. The Bidder shall Subcontract 2.29% of the dollar value of the total amount of a D.O.T.-assisted Contract to qualified DBE Contractors. Contractor is to complete the Project in accordance with the Project Documents and in accordance with all codes and regulations governing the construction of the Project. Any work, materials, or equipment that may be reasonably inferred from the Project Documents as being required to produce the intended result shall be supplied by Contractor whether or not specifically called for. Reference to standard specifications, manuals, or codes of any technical society, organization or association, or to the laws or regulations of any governmental authority, whether such reference be specific or by implication, shall mean the latest standard, specification, manual, code, or laws or regulations in effect at the time of opening of bids and Contractor shall comply therewith.
