This project generally consists of 1) the demolition and removal of certain existing concrete pier pads and wood posts affected by previous flooding and 2) replacing only those that were affected with new materials noted on the drawings, all in accordance with the plans and specifications. The bid opening and pre-bid meeting(s) required for this project (if any, as set forth above) are scheduled at venues that are accessible to persons with disabilities. Furnish and install new 18ea (FEMA Participating) concrete footings, wood posts and bracing in place and complete. d. Furnish and install new 25ea concrete footings, wood posts and bracing in place and complete. B. Site work: a. Ground preparation for the new concrete footings required per plans and specifications.
