Requirement: Contractor will remove existing vault door and frame and install one new. Overly Model No. C5V-IIL-K/Class 5 (NSN 7110-00-935-1883) High Security Vault door and frame. Scope of Work 1. Site Preparation o Contractor will perform site assessment and verify dimensions of existing vault door o Contractor will coordinate with facility management to schedule downtime and access o Contractor will protect surrounding area with appropriate coverings and signage to prevent damage and ensure safety 2. Removal of Existing Vault Door o Contractor will safely remove the current vault door, frame, and associated hardware o Contractor will dispose of old door and materials in accordance with local regulations and security protocols 3. Installation of New Vault Door o Contractor will install new vault door as specified by manufacturer and project requirements o Install new frame, hardware, lock mechanisms and access control o Ensure door is properly aligned, operates smoothly, and is secure 4. Cleanup and final inspection o Contractor will clean work and remove debris and materials o Contractor will conduct final inspection with facility representative for sign-off PLACE OF PERFORMANCE o The contractor will perform the work at the FEMA, MERS, VSAB, Bldg. B, located at 65 Old Marlboro Road, Maynard, MA 01754 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE o The period of performance for this award shall not exceed 180 calendar days from contract award date.
