Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Windom, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,500-square-foot clubhouse / community center.
Description of the Project 1. Removal and replacement of existing roofing systems on the approximately 6,500 square foot Terminal Building. Replacement roofing system will include fully adhered EPDM membrane systems. Replacement of two rooftop HVAC units is also included in the scope of this project. 2. On-site work must take place between October 6th and October 21st, 2025. Question Deadline 08/12/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Architect in writing. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening of bids may not be answered. The City of Windom will receive bids for Community Center Building Roof Re-placement Project subject to terms and conditions con-tained in Bidding Documents prepared by Short Elliott Hen-drickson, Inc. Bids will be on Lump Sum basis. Bidders will be required to provide a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of bid amount. The successful Bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds of 100 percent of bid amount. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract to the best interests of the City.
