THIS SOLICITATION IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products/services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is being conducted under procedures pursuant to the authority of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; therefore, a written solicitation will not be issued. The Indian Health Service (IHS), Nashville Area Office intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial product/service purchase order in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for HVAC Preventative Maintenance Services for the Indian Health Service, Nashville Area Office. The solicitation documents & incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-05 - August 7, 2025. The associated North American Industry Classification System code is 238220 and the small business size standard is $19.0M. PRICE SCHEDULE: HVAC PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES: the quoted pricing must be all inclusive (to include but not be limited to labor, materials, equipment, tools, travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state, and local taxes) plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of this purchase order. Please complete the attached price schedule utilizing your most competitive and reasonable rate.
