The project consists of replacing the existing Mt. Zion AirVac system along Wilcox Neck Road with a new conveyance system. This includes the initial installation of a low pressure sewer with 57 simplex grinder pump stations for the existing homes along Wilcox Neck Road, a submersible duplex pump station at the existing Mt. Zion AirVac system, and new force main piping from the intersection of Wilcox Neck Road and John Tyler Memorial Highway to the Hideaway WWTP. Force main construction will include both Jack and Bore and directional drilling. The new system will convey sewer flows from the existing homes along Wilcox Neck Road and discharge to the existing Hideaway WWTP at the Rivers Rest Marina Resort in Charles City County, Virginia.
