Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Los Banos, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and municipal facility.

All inquiries must be submitted to Tom Key, Vanir Construction Management, inc. at tom.key@vanir.com. Questions shall be submitted before 4:00 P.M. PST on August 18, 2025. Any response to a request for clarification, questions and answers will be posted to the City's website at online on August 25, 2025 and if necessary, shall become a part of the proposal as an addendum. The City of Los Banos reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive any irregularities. The current Progressive-Design-Build Budget for this project is $7,800,000
