Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
A brief summary of the Work involved in this Contract is for the replacement of Bridge 279 and Culvert FLA-505 is provided below, which includes but is not limited to the following scope of work: - Installation of temporary road closure and detour signage - Removal of the existing corrugated steel pipe culvert in its entirety - Installation of temporary cofferdams and temporary flow passage system - Construction of gabion retaining walls - Construction of precast concrete box culvert and backfill - Placement of rock protection at each end of the culvert - Construction of local grade raise and road embankment widening of Safari Road at bridge 279 - Placement of asphalt on Safari Road - Placement of pavement markings - Installation of guide rail system and end treatments Documents can be obtained at: https://hamilton.bidsandtenders.ca Question Deadline: Wed Aug 20, 2025 11:59:00 PM (EDT)
