Site work for a water / sewer project in Union Beach, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work generally includes: removal of mineral deposits within sanitary sewer manholes; sealing locations of infiltration at manhole barrel joints, existing pipe penetrations, and cracks within sanitary sewer manholes; surface preparation, application of underlayment, and coating of sanitary sewer manhole interiors; masonry repairs of manhole benches; masonry repair of manhole riser sections; raising buried manholes to grade; replacement of manhole frames and covers; confined space entries; and uniform police traffic control as required. All work will take place within active sanitary sewer manholes within the Owner's sewer service area within Borough of Union Beach, Borough of Keyport, Borough of Matawan, and Hazlet Township, for which all of these municipalities are in Monmouth County, and all work should be coordinated with the Owner's staff. All inquiries for clarification of any matters concerning the Contract Documents shall be made in writing to the above address or via email at tpetti@bayshorersa.com and must be received at least TEN (10) days - Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays excepted - prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
