Combined construction will include removal and disposal of hangar foundation, pavement and aggregate. Erection of 7-Bay box hangar and two 16-place THangars, electrical, heating, utilities, and miscellaneous construction items. Substantial Completion of the project must be completed within the contract times indicated below: Substantial completion of the project must be achieved within 270 calendar days of a start date which shall be identified in the Notice to Proceed letter and which shall be agreed upon between the Owner and the Contractor. A bid bond in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid is required. The selected contractor will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract. The Omaha Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process. Addendum #1 has been issued as of 8-18-2025.
