Lawn Care Weekly lawn mowing from May through November. Grass shall be maintained at a height of no less than 2-2.5 inches. All lawn edges will be neatly trimmed. Walkways and driveways will be blown clean of clippings and debris after each visit. Grass clippings will be properly blown and removed from all hard surfaces. 2. Garden Bed Maintenance Weekly maintenance of garden beds, including weeding and general upkeep. Kinark is a leading child and youth service agency that provides services and supports for children and youth with complex needs and their families. Our primary program streams are: Child and youth mental health (CYMH) - located in the counties/regions of Northumberland, Peterborough, Durham, York, and Simcoe. Kinark is a Lead Agency for CYMH in the York, Durham and Haliburton & Kawartha Lakes and Peterborough service areas. Autism - providing and overseeing services in the central and eastern regions of the province. Forensic mental health/youth justice - Kinark is a provincial resource through our secure facility in Oakville (Syl Apps Youth Centre) as well as delivering a range of alternatives to custody programming in central and eastern Ontario. Kinark also provides therapeutic respite services at the Kinark Outdoor Centre and supervised access programming in Peterborough and Simcoe. 1. Snow Removal - Morning Service All snow must be cleared from parking lots and walkways by 7:30 AM daily, prior to client arrivals. Snow removal includes parking spaces, laneways, entrances, walkways, and steps. 2. Afternoon Review & Maintenance A daily site review will be conducted at approximately 2:30 PM, regardless of snowfall accumulation. This review includes inspection and clearing of any buildup in: Parking areas Laneways Walkways Front entrances and steps 3. Shoveling Services Manual shoveling of front entrances, walkways, and steps will be performed as required throughout the day to ensure safety and accessibility. 4.
