This RFP is an invitation by Thompson Rivers University to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for consideration as the primary and/or secondary long-term provider of classroom audio video (AV) systems at TRU s campuses. The scope of services includes, but not limited, to the system design, equipment sourcing and supply, equipment programming and testing, on-site installation and commissioning, remote installation support, as well as the provision of ongoing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services.
