RFQ - Professional Land Surveying Services The city of Paragould is requesting Statements of Qualificationson behalf of the Land Bank Commission from qualified firms thathave the capacity and proven experience to provide surveying services for residential properties inthe city's established overlay districts. Proposals will be evaluatedbased on the firm's proximity tothe project, familiarity with thecity, qualifications of proposedteam members, and prior surveying experience. The city will makeits selection based on the information provided a n dbackground/reference checksmade by the city. The qualification statementshould include: 1. A cover letter 2. General firm qualifications 3. Similar surveying experience Statements of qualificationsshould not exceed 10 pages. All responses should be submitted to the Mayor's office by August 8, 2025. Please submit (1) paper and (1) electronic copy ofthe proposal. Proposals must besubmitted in a sealed envelopewith the proposal title and closingdate clearly identified. Late proposals will not be accepted. The city of Paragould reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive irregularities in proposals received in response to the RFQ. Filing of a proposal with the city in response to this invitation shall constitute an agreement of the proposer to these conditions.
