Bridge Repair/Replacement County Road 931 at the junction with County Road 912, 3 miles west of Schug, AR. 2.) Concrete Box Culvert for Road 513 north of Road 510 junction. Provide materials, equipment and labor to construct box culvert. The structure will be double barrel 9'tall x 8' wide with a 30' length. Floor will be 12' thick 4000 psi concrete with a double mat of #4 rebar on 12" centers each way. All Walls will be 10" thick with a single mat of #4 bar on 12" centers each way. Top will be 10" thick with a double mat of #5 bar 12" on center each way. Box will be constructed on a 22.5-degree skew. Layout will be done by county. Wing walls will be 12' in length on all corners. Angles will be layout by county. 4. Provide materials, equipment and labor to construct 10' apron with 24" turn down on each end of structure. 5. Provide labor and equipment to install and compact backfill for roadway and wingwalls. County will provide materials. Backfill must be installed in lifts not to exceed 18".
