SCOPE OF WORK - The general scope for Contract No. 25-01225 consists of the repair of Cruise Terminal 6 (CT6) Wharfs located at Berths 267 and 268 at 1331 McKay St. on Port Tampa Bay property. CT6 Wharfs were constructed circa 1948 and is in need of additional repair and strengthening to extend the life of the terminal for continued use. The project includes the following: 1. Pile Jackets: Installation of cathodic protection structural and non-structural pile jackets to 16" square prestressed concrete piles both within and outside the deck strengthening area. Installation also includes a pile jacket at an existing 16" round pile at gridline 35/A. 2. Deck Strengthening: A large area of the concrete deck will be strengthened. 3. Deck Repairs: Repair of concrete spalls above and below the existing deck. 4. Fascia Beam Repairs: Repair of concrete spalls at the facia and soffit beams.
